TSF uses standard Australian sizes. All our models wear size 6 or one size garments.

TSF offers FREE EXPRESS shipping Australia wide on all orders. Packages are sent via Australia Post.
You will receive a conformation email once your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox. If you still cant find it, please contact us with your order number to check the status of your order.
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on a business day will dispatched the following day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
If you reside within the national Express Post Network (most major metropolitan areas), your order should arrive the next day. Shipment to regional areas outside the EPN can take 2-5 business days to arrive.
All order sent with Australia Post are sent using Authority to leave without signature (providing there is a safe place to leave your item). This is determined by the deliverer, if it is deemed unsafe a card will be left in the letterbox and you will have to pick your item up from the local post office.
If you have not received your item within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us with your full name and order number and we will look into this immediately.
Please note we cannot take responsibility for missing parcels which have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by the courier company.
If you have a change of mind with a purchase you have made, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days (for Australian customers) or 30 days (for international customers) of receiving your order for a store credit. Once your return is received you will be issued a store credit via email to the email you provided when placing your order. Store credits do not expire.
♥ Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unstained, un-perfumed with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject your return if it does it does not meet these requirements.
♥ Any items purchased in a promotional period are not eligible for return.
♥ Swimwear, intimates and body suits CANNOT be returned due to hygiene reasons.
♥ Returns must be received by us within 14 days of delivery for Australian customers and 30 days for International customers.
♥ We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless TSF is at fault. For example – dispatch error or faulty garment.
We endeavor to have all returns processed within 48 hours of receiving your return item(s).
If after tracking delivery of your return, you have not received your store credit within 48 hours please feel free to contact us at email@example.com
When returning your item we recommend using a tracking method for postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us.

♥ Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
♥ Your store credit is credited in Australian dollars.
♥ Store credit never expires.
♥ Treat your store credit like cash.
Before sending your order your item(s) they will be thoroughly checked, however in the rare event of a manufacturing fault you will receive a refund for the full cost of you item(s).
If you believe you have a garment with faults please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. With you order information and photos of the fault. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without photo evidence.

How it works:

|2. Select Afterpay under payment method|
|3. Submit your details with Afterpay (approval is instant and secure!)|
|4. That's so Fetch will send your order out straight away!|
|5.Afterpay will take one automatic payment from your nominated card every fortnight for the next two months|
The fine print:
- Afterpay is valid for purchases up to $1000
- Payment is arranged between you and Afterpay
- First time Afterpay customers are expected to make the first payment at the time of the purchase and the remainder will be debited over the next 6 weeks
- Existing Afterpay customers will make the first payment after 14 days, with all instalments stretching over 8 weeks in total
- Afterpay will provide you with the full payment schedule as you complete the purchase (late fees apply if you fail to make a payment)
- If you make a return, That's so Fetch will issue store credit and you are still expected to complete your payments with Afterpay
