Unhappy customer
Hi Sam, I emailed your site 3 times over the Xmas period regarding this purchase as I was just outside the return policy, as i was away, as the dress did not fit. I explained this situation Requesting consideration on processing my claim. I had no response to any email sent, i have a dress still packaged up with tags that can’t be used and thus I would be very hesitant to use your site next time, due to the poor service on this occasion
