We are seeking a reliable and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our team in our distribution warehouse. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for actioning all our amazing customers enquiries (from ALL around the world) and working within a team to deliver the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, live chat, or social media channels.
- Uphold and further improve customer satisfaction, brand reputation, reviews and returning customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products to effectively address customer needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes or enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments in the warehouse, such as the dispatch team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as required

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions and enquiries
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.

This role invites you to be a visual storyteller. Your tasks include making appealing designs, ensuring our brand stays consistent, and contributing ideas for new releases. It's a chance to dive into the world of online fashion and gain hands-on graphic design experience!

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and design visually compelling assets that align with the brand's identity across various platforms, including EDMs, websites, social media, paid medias and print media.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and messaging to maintain a cohesive brand image.
- Execute weekly video edits for social media and paid media.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and web development, to meet project objectives and timelines.

- Accept and implement constructive feedback from team members to refine designs and improve overall quality.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of the brand's visual identity through creative and innovative design solutions.

Requirements:
- Experience as a graphic designer in the fashion industry or a related field. A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including both static and video content, is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated expertise in video editing with a strong portfolio of video projects.
- A keen eye for design aesthetics, a passion for fashion, and the ability to think creatively to develop unique and visually appealing concepts.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and industry requirements.
