TSF offers FREE EXPRESS shipping Australia wide on all orders. Packages are sent via Australia Post.
You will receive a conformation email once your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox. If you still cant find it, please contact us with your order number to check the status of your order.
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on a business day will dispatched the following day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
If you reside within the national Express Post Network (most major metropolitan areas), your order should arrive the next day. Shipment to regional areas outside the EPN can take 2-5 business days to arrive.
All order sent with Australia Post are sent using Authority to leave without signature (providing there is a safe place to leave your item). This is determined by the deliverer, if it is deemed unsafe a card will be left in the letterbox and you will have to pick your item up from the local post office.
If you have not received your item within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us with your full name and order number and we will look into this immediately.
Please note we cannot take responsibility for missing parcels which have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by the courier company.
