All orders placed before 4pm (AEST) will be shipped the same business day. If your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday, your parcel will be shipped at the next available business day.

All orders placed before 4pm (AEDT) will be shipped the same business day. All Australian orders are sent via express post with Australia Post. This is a next business day service if you reside within the national Express Post Network (Australian capital cities and major metropolitan areas - Perth CBD only). Regional areas outside the Express Post Network may take 2-5 business days to arrive.
All Australian orders are sent with express post by Australia Post.
If you have not received your parcel within 5 business days of placing your order please contact our team with your full name and order number so we can look into this immediately for you.

Once your order is packed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. These generally get sent out by EOD (end of business day). You can track your parcel here.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience the parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large you will be left with a card to collect your order from your local post office.
