♥ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You will receive your order within 1-4 business days Australia wide. For further shipping information please refer to our shipping page.

 

♥ WILL MY ITEM BE THE EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE PICTURE SHOWN?

Different computers & devices show different screen resolutions so it is possible that the colours can be slightly off. However we try our very hardest to represent the item with its true colours and features when taking garment photos.

 

♥ CAN I MODEL FOR TSF?

We are always looking for new models to join our team. If you’re interested send your details and a full body shot to contact@thatssofetch.com.

  

♥ DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I RETURN AN ITEM?

Yes, you will have to cover the postage costs for any returned items. Unless TSF is at fault, for example a dispatch error or a faulty garment.

 

♥ CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Yes you can return an item providing it fits within our returns conditions. For our returns condition list please refer to our return policy page.

 

♥ WHAT MATERIAL IS THE GARMENT MADE OF?

You can find the details of each garment in the product description.

 

♥ I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It’s possible the e-mail may have gone to your junk folder or maybe the e-mail address was entered incorrectly. If this happens please contact us immediately so we can verify weather your order has been placed, and so we can resend your confirmation.
