    Would be 5 stars as its giving elegant baddie, however the strap around the neck is a singular strap. No way to adjust (like how you would a bikini top) which forces me to tie a knot which is not cute. Could get it tailored but may cost the same as buying a similar type of dress (assuming they’d charge $30)
